Kim is from Birmingham, Alabama but has had the privilege of living in several different places (Iceland, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Florida) which cultivated her love of travel. After graduating from Florida State University, she returned to Alabama to work in the financial planning and computer consulting industries before joining ARC Realty as Relocation Coordinator in 2014 and obtaining her real estate license. After earning her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2020, Kim was promoted to Relocation Director in 2023 and Vice President of Corporate Relocation Services in 2026. Kim oversees broker to broker and corporate referrals for almost 800 agents at ARC Realty and Capstone Realty. She spearheads the Luxury Real Estate program and the Military on the Move benefit. When not working, Kim enjoys spending time at her family's farm in rural Alabama. She likes to keep her passport handy, having visited 20 different countries and 32 states. She hasn't been everywhere yet, but it is on her list!
