Patrick Warren is a Birmingham native with a strong background in high quality customer service. His love for real estate began in his early days of college while studying Architecture, which led him to a passion for Building Science. His talents were made apparent when he was selected to work as an Assistant Project Consultant on the construction of the freshman dorms while still enrolled as a student at Auburn University. His outstanding character and sense of professionalism come from years of hard work at jobs in sales and fine dining. He started a business in the midst of the economic rescission to assist people with everyday tasks. His commitment to the care of others is simply Patrick's nature.
Patrick attends Bethel Baptist Church of Collegeville and is a member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, where their foundations of brotherhood, scholarship and service embody his belief to strive for a "culture for service and service for humanity." As a Realtor for ARC Realty, his work ethic, knowledge of the industry, leadership and profound appreciation for collaboration have allowed him to connect with buyers and sellers in the most genuine way. His strong family values come from his mother, a police sergeant and the indescribable bond he has with his son.
