A native of Birmingham and graduate of both W.A. Berry High School (now Hoover High) and Samford University in Homewood, David truly enjoys serving his home community. Since 2006 David has faithfully walked both sellers and buyers through several hundred transactions in one of life's most significant emotional and financial decisions, earning him Rookie of the Year nominations all the way to Hall of Fame, Lifetime, and Diamond Achievement awards. All of this work has been by referral; so, David continuously strives to walk his clients through every step of the process in a way that will earn their trust, make the process as smooth as possible, and result in their GREATLY appreciated recommendations to friends and family.

Personally...The first thing David would want you to know about him is that he is a follower of Jesus Christ. David desires to be a man of integrity, and his heartfelt hope is that you will see that in every aspect of his personal life, as well as in the way he serves you with your real estate needs. David and his beautiful wife Ashley have been married since June of 2000. They have two amazing daughters, Audrey (AJ) and Tessa. The Spurlings live in Vestavia and are members of Shades Mountain Community Church in Hoover, where David serves as an elder.
